Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Guide project teams in executing project plans effectively.
  • Develop detailed project documentation and maintain project records.
  • Ensure continuous project monitoring and timely issue resolution.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare project status updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
