Job Description

We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, along with expertise in designing visually stunning user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
• Identify and troubleshoot user experience issues within applications.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with client branding.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Produce visual mockups based on product requirements.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Adapt designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to align vision.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
