Job Description

As a Telemarketer at Leading Sales Solutions, you'll be the voice in generating sales and maintaining customer relationships. Your role involves reaching out to potential clients, addressing their queries, and persuading them to consider our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Tailor solutions to customer needs and offer appropriate upsells and cross-sells.
• Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
• Work with marketing to align sales strategies and campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Relevant tertiary education in sales or marketing would be advantageous.

Experience

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills

• Telephone systems proficiency

Soft Skills

• Target-driven

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient
• Zulu: Proficient

• Additional language proficiency: Fluency in local languages, especially Afrikaans and Zulu, is advantageous.
