We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the HR department complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Your expertise will help shape our compliance programs and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and enforce HR compliance policies and procedures.
• Oversee HR audits and prepare documentation for regulatory inspections.
• Ensure disclosure of compliance status to senior management.
• Monitor and track compliance training initiatives.
• Respond to compliance concerns and liaise with legal counsel.
• Develop action plans based on audit findings.
• Stay abreast of emerging compliance trends in HR.
• Generate and maintain compliance metrics for performance evaluation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's in Human Resources Management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on compliance
