Job Description
We are in search of an E-commerce Account Manager to lead client relations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing for account development and managing day-to-day communications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of client relationships and ensure delivery of quality service.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
  • Perform detailed account analysis and reporting on a regular basis.
  • Foster communication with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Proactively engage clients through regular check-ins and performance updates.
  • Develop account plans that align with sales targets and client objectives.
  • Monitor account health and develop strategies for improvement when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • E-commerce Platforms In-depth knowledge of various e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.
  • Data Analysis Skilled in data analysis for optimizing account performance and strategy.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Problem-solving Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • Experience in using CRM tools: Hands-on experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
