Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance our quality assurance processes at Tech Innovations Inc. You will conduct thorough testing of our products, document test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Monitor testing progress and report defects to stakeholders.
• Ensure all QA processes comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Work with the product management team to clarify requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide insights on quality improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Certifications related to software testing would be beneficial

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a focus on automation testing
