Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of new and existing applications to ensure quality.
• Work closely with the project team to define testing requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide reports to management.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
• Participate in automated testing initiatives and script writing.
• Review user documentation for consistency and clarity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Help to establish and improve QA metrics.
• Mentor new team members about QA methodologies.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
