Job Description

The Wreath Machine Tender is responsible for operating and maintaining wreath-making machinery in a manufacturing environment. They must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor wreath-making machines, ensuring efficient functionality.
• Oversee product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
• Perform regular machine calibrations and adjustments.
• Train and supervise junior machine operators as necessary.
• Participate in health and safety audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in the implementation of production improvement projects.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest enhancements.
• Liaise with maintenance teams for any breakdowns or repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferable.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of floral industry machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent
