Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and selection processes for various departments.
Manage conflict resolution procedures and employee grievances.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills.
Administer and communicate employee benefits and policies.
Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure all personnel files are up to date and compliant.
Assist with the implementation of performance management systems.
Participate in HR audits and compliance checks.
Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Honours degree is an added advantage
Experience
3+ years of experience in HR roles
