Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Johannesburg. This role involves detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate data collection.
• Develop financial dashboards for management review.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts in financial reporting tasks.
• Enhance reporting tools to drive efficiency.
• Report on financial performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role

Certifications

• CFA Level 2
• CIMA Advanced Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
