Join our dedicated team as a Quantity Surveyor where you will be responsible for cost planning and management on various civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with project teams to assess costs, develop budgets, and ensure financial control throughout each project phase.

Responsibilities

• Develop project cost plans and perform cost forecasting.
• Assess the financial implications of changes to project scope.
• Liaise with clients and project managers on financial matters.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on cost implications and outcomes.
• Conduct comparative analysis to guide bid preparations.
• Assess risk management strategies to mitigate cost overruns.
• Provide guidance on cost-effective construction methods.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses.
• Assist in the final accounts settlement and project closure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering sector
