Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to manage and input data accurately into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, playing a critical role in our administrative support team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our databases.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to data requests and provide assistance to team members.
  • Help develop and implement data entry procedures.
  • Assist in archiving and organizing old records.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Higher Education qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
