Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Billing and Posting Clerk to manage client accounts efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client account information and process billing accurately.
  • Handle escalated issues promptly while maintaining professional decorum.
  • Engage with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Generate and review monthly billing reports for accuracy.
  • Work with the IT department to improve CRM software functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings to promote workplace culture.
  • Support colleagues in managing their client portfolios as required.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new customer service strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on service improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • A diploma in accounting will be advantageous.
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer service or account management roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
