We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical aesthetics and a passion for skincare. You will be responsible for administering treatments, collaborating with clients to meet their aesthetic goals, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injections and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Consult clients to determine treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
• Document all treatments thoroughly in patient files.
• Provide advice on post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Support clinic initiatives to improve patient experience.
• Keep abreast of new developments in aesthetic medicine.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving clinic operations.
• Assist in assessing the effectiveness of procedures and client satisfaction.
• Encourage referrals through exceptional service.

Requirements

Education

• Nursing diploma or degree
• Additional training in dermatology or aesthetics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an Aesthetic or Cosmetology setting

Technical Skills

• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical Peels

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified in Aesthetic Procedures

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in managing a clinic's aesthetic equipment: Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting aesthetic machines.
• Networking skills to build partnerships with skincare brands: Ability to create collaborations for client benefits.
