Process Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Analyst who is adept at analyzing workflows and recommending process enhancements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. This role encompasses both qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring our processes meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather input and suggestions from staff.
• Review and analyze existing process documentation.
• Benchmark processes against industry standards.
• Utilize software tools for data visualization and analysis.
• Assist in training staff on new processes and systems.
• Continuously seek feedback to refine processes post-implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in process improvement or engineering

Technical Skills

• Lean Six Sigma
• Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to process management.
• Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
