Job Description

As an Auditor in our Johannesburg office, you will play a crucial role in examining and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with established standards, and making recommendations for improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements for completeness and compliance.
  • Engage with external auditors on joint audits.
  • Mentor new auditing staff and conduct performance reviews.
  • Prepare for regulatory agency audits and inspections.
  • Lead audit engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar auditing role
