Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in our Port Elizabeth office. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings to set clear expectations and objectives.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project outcomes against performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, and train team members to enhance their professional growth.
• Assist in the development of project tools and templates for future initiatives.
• Recognize and celebrate project successes to motivate the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading projects

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
