Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapeutic techniques and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations.
  • Offer therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based therapies.
  • Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance therapeutic techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
  • Conduct presentations or training for staff on mental health topics.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation groups to improve community mental health literacy.
  • Develop crisis intervention strategies for patients in need.
  • Advise on policy development regarding mental health services.
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • PhD in Psychology is a significant advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years in a clinical environment providing psychological services
