Responsibilities
Lead the execution of mining projects from inception to closure.
Prepare mining plans and schedules in alignment with operational goals.
Assess environmental impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
Supervise the implementation of health and safety programs.
Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Participate in budget planning and cost control processes.
Manage vendor relationships for procurement of materials and services.
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain operational standards.
Contribute to strategic planning and development of mining methodologies.
Requirements
Education
BSc in Engineering or relevant field
MSc or higher in a mining-related discipline is advantageous

5+ years of direct experience in the mining sector
