We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with order processing and tracking.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and seek resolutions.
  • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share feedback for improvement.
  • Use CRM software to track customer interactions and data.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Provide insights to management on customer trends and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • CRM software expertise
  • Data entry accuracy
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability

Advantageous

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment: Familiarity with fast-paced customer service settings.
