Job Description

Become a vital part of our customer service team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with their queries, provide product information, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Strong listening skills and the ability to work under pressure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels.
  • Assist in the development of customer service protocols.
  • Educate customers on features and benefits of the products.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with management to identify training opportunities based on common customer questions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in customer service is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or equivalent CRM software
  • Data Entry

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages is advantageous.
