Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensing of medication and ensure accuracy.
• Educate patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the pharmacy.
• Supervise training and development of pharmacy staff.
• Analyze and report any medication errors or adverse drug reactions.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment
