Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance our testing processes. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams, performing testing duties that involve both manual and automated approaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Utilise tools to automate repetitive testing tasks.
• Update test documentation to reflect any changes in functionality or specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
• Adhere to software development methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and lead testing efforts in software releases.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
