Job Description

We are seeking an Agricultural Scientist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, soil science, and plant physiology. You will be involved in researching and developing new methods to improve crop yield and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to test crop varieties and farming practices.
• Collect and analyze agricultural data for research projects.
• Work alongside agronomists and environmental scientists.
• Facilitate workshops on agricultural best practices.
• Advise on pest management strategies and sustainable practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural research or agronomy
