Responsibilities

• Ensure growth media is mixed according to specifications.
• Monitor environmental conditions for optimal mushroom growth.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Participate in quality control assessments of the growth media.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Engage in team meetings for continuous improvement.
• Document production processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in agriculture or farming is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of mushroom cultivation practices
• Basic machinery operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
