Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will create guides, manuals, and documentation that help users understand our products and services. You should be proficient in translating complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects aimed at improving food products and processes.
  • Assess consumer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct training for production staff on new product processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for product development.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the R&D team.
  • Generate ideas for product enhancement and new product lines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food product formulation
