Hat Blocking Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hat Blocking Machine Operator to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our hat blocking machines to ensure the production of high-quality hats.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hat blocking machines to produce hats according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and manage quality checks.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Train junior staff to operate equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a hat-making course or apprenticeship (preferred)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in operating hat blocking machines or similar equipment.
