As a Jewel Bearing Turner at Precision Bearings Ltd, you will operate and maintain turning machines to produce high-quality jewel bearings. You will be actively involved in quality checks, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for precision bearing manufacture.
• Inspect incoming materials and components for quality assurance.
• Implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the development of new bearing designs.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the production supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational qualification is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in precision machining.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CNC machines
• Experience with precision measuring tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance protocols in manufacturing.
