We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Cape Town team, specializing in mechanical engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement and design optimization, ensuring high-quality manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used.
• Prepare reports on manufacturing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with project managers for timely implementation of engineering changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
