Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of psychological principles and a commitment to providing exceptional mental health support to clients. You will work closely with individuals to develop tailored treatment plans and facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through interviews and standardized tests.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings.
  • Educate clients and their families about psychological concepts and therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • PhD considered an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in clinical settings
