We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management and a passion for optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities according to established schedules.
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.
• Enhance production efficiency and productivity through innovative solutions.
• Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development.
• Manage health and safety compliance within the production area.
• Perform routine checks and assessments of equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to rectify any identified issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Actively engage with the team to promote a positive work culture.
• Report on production performance to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Added advantage: Lean Manufacturing certification

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a production management role
