Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and helping to inform strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for numbers and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success.
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business strategies.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
• Provide mentoring to junior finance team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or forecasting
