Job Description

We are currently looking for an Accountant who is detail-oriented and passionate about finance to support our operations in Durban. As an Accountant, you will manage bookkeeping transactions, provide financial forecasts, and support budget preparations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
  • Manage payroll and related financial processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track and report on financial performance against budget.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting certification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) preferred
