Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Program Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a passionate D&I Program Manager to lead our diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, fostering a culture of inclusion, and promoting diverse perspectives throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of D&I programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on D&I-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure recruiting and retention practices are inclusive.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on diversity topics to various stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a role focusing on D&I initiatives or cultural transformation

Technical Skills

• Training and Development
• Stakeholder Engagement

Advantageous

• Experience in Non-Profit Sector: Experience working with NGOs or non-profits focusing on diversity.
• Knowledge of Cultural Competence: Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse cultures.
