Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting our employees' professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the onboarding of new hires.
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate employee training programs.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and HR standards.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and continuous feedback processes.
  • Maintain the HR information system and ensure data integrity.
  • Support the management in talent retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR management
