Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to drive our initiatives in creating an inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will focus on policy implementation, employee training, and community outreach to ensure a culture of belonging for all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate community engagement and volunteer opportunities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of D&I initiatives and report outcomes.
  • Develop educational materials on diversity topics.
  • Participate in external diversity events and forums.
  • Promote awareness of diversity issues within the workplace.
  • Support recruitment efforts for diverse talent.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a Diversity and Inclusion or human resource role.
