Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Energy Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective renewable energy strategies tailored to their needs. You will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Assess current energy consumption patterns and identify areas for improvement.
• Design innovative and efficient renewable energy solutions for clients.
• Support clients in navigating renewable energy financing options.
• Document and present the analysis of energy data and trends.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client staff on energy-related topics.
• Advise on best practices for energy conservation and management.
• Conduct market research to identify new renewable energy trends.
• Build and nurture a robust network of industry contacts.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in consulting for renewable energy industries

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
