Job Description

Are you passionate about creating memorable events? As an Event Coordinator at Event Masters Inc., you will be responsible for the planning and execution of various events while ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize themes and formats for various events.
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and logistics.
• Analyze event success metrics and report findings.
• Develop post-event surveys for participant feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for effective event promotion.
• Provide exemplary customer service throughout the planning process.
• Train and supervise junior event staff.
• Ensure all event materials are prepared and ready before events.
• Cultivate a network of industry contacts for partnership opportunities.
• Adapt to last-minute changes and make quick decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of event management experience

Technical Skills

• Event Management Software
• CRM Software

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Exhibition Manager (CEM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
