As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform HR strategies.
  • Resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Advise on performance appraisal processes.
  • Design and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure legal compliance in employee-related matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management is advantageous

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
