Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify areas for improvement within educational programs.
  • Design tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients.
  • Create comprehensive reports and recommendations for educational stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver impactful training sessions for educators.
  • Work closely with clients to implement educational strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct research on best practices in education and share findings with clients.
  • Advise on technology integration to enhance learning experiences.
  • Facilitate community engagement activities to promote educational initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology or Educational Administration
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in educational consultancy
