Job Description

In this role as an Educational Consultant, you will work closely with educators, administrators, and policy makers in Port Elizabeth to drive educational reform and improve quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing educational needs, developing training programs, and guiding institutions towards best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough educational assessments and analyses to gauge institutional needs.
• Design and implement innovative training programs tailored to specific institutions.
• Collaborate with educators to develop curriculum enhancements and effective teaching strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrators.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to institutions regarding best practices in educational management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and suggest improvements.
• Stay current on educational policies, trends, and best practices to inform consultations.
• Assist in grant writing and proposal development for educational initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to educational improvement.
• Document progress and prepare reports for the management team regarding consultations and trainings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in educational consulting or related fields
