We are seeking a skilled Hammer Adjuster to oversee the adjustments and maintenance of hammers used in our manufacturing processes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance, quality, and production output.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hammers.
• Collaborate with staff on production schedules to arrange for maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and update logs accordingly.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues with hammers.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in adjusting and maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably hammers.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
