Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to maintain product quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in all operations.
• Keep accurate records of production data.
• Work closely with quality control teams for inspections.
• Drive initiatives for efficiency in the production process.
• Assist in training programs for new team members.
• Optimize machine settings for improved productivity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process updates.
• Resolve any technical issues affecting production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in injection molding or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an injection molding technician role
