Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel logistics for clients with precision and care.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels and travel service providers.
• Create and update travel profiles for frequent travellers.
• Assist clients with travel insurance and visa applications as needed.
• Stay updated on travel advisories and communicate necessary changes to clients.
• Attend travel fairs and networking events to build industry contacts.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management or Hospitality
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a travel agency or related sector
