Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehousing operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of warehouse staff. A knack for problem-solving and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team towards achieving operational goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance of warehouse practices.
• Develop annual budgets for warehouse operations.
• Work closely with suppliers and transport companies to optimize logistics.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory for easy access.
• Participate in team meetings to align warehouse strategies with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations

Languages
