• Lead and motivate the warehouse team towards achieving operational goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance of warehouse practices.
• Develop annual budgets for warehouse operations.
• Work closely with suppliers and transport companies to optimize logistics.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory for easy access.
• Participate in team meetings to align warehouse strategies with company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Inventory Management Skilled in managing inventory processes and systems.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience with leading WMS software.
• Logistics Coordination Proficient in coordinating logistics operations.
• Leadership Exceptional leadership skills to manage teams.
• Communication Strong communication abilities to liaise across departments.
• Problem-solving Ability to resolve conflicts and operational challenges.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Forklift Operator Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Forklift Driving Experience: Practical experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English: Fluent in Afrikaans to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
