Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. Ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and determine appropriate care plans.
  • Manage chronic diseases and provide ongoing patient support.
  • Educate patients on medication adherence and recovery strategies.
  • Facilitate referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy at all times.
  • Get involved in patient outreach programs and workshops.
  • Support healthcare initiatives within the community.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in Nursing preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervisory roles
