Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee our medical operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving service delivery and implementing effective administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise support staff and coordinate schedules.
  • Interface with insurance companies and ensure claims are processed.
  • Analyze reports and data to track service quality and metrics.
  • Establish and manage health education programs for patients.
  • Handle conflict resolution and patient complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant healthcare certification preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare management
