IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will work onsite to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries. This role involves effective communication with team members and end users to resolve issues and implement solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's productivity and technology utilization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests in a timely manner and within SLAs.
• Conduct routine system audits and checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in backup and recovery of systems and data.
• Stay abreast of technology trends to recommend upgrades.
• Document and track issues using ITSM tools.
• Support remote workers with IT setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
