Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and exceptional problem-solving skills. This role involves providing timely support to clients, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple client requests effectively.
  • Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support cases and resolutions.
  • Provide insights into client feedback for product development.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to enhance customer success.
  • Participate in training sessions for continuous personal development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Additional certifications in technical support preferred.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support roles
