Job Description

We are seeking an On-call Teller responsible for providing efficient transaction services to customers as needed. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cash handling tasks with precision to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer service inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow strict banking regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings.
  • Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures of the branch.
  • Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers regularly.
  • Proactively promote and inform customers about relevant banking services.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working on-call and during non-standard hours.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
