Responsibilities
Execute cash handling tasks with precision to ensure transaction accuracy.
Be the first point of contact for customer service inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Follow strict banking regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings.
Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures of the branch.
Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers regularly.
Proactively promote and inform customers about relevant banking services.
Demonstrate flexibility in working on-call and during non-standard hours.
